yhh last week i told my bangali frend to pin it on .. n the next minute it was on the floor ..

Pins! You put the first pin in the saree to the petticoat, where you make the pleats/fall. This will keep the saree in place around your waist. The rest, you pin on the pallu and around your shoulder to keep the pallu in place.
