Sara saree blouses are different from kameez's in the sense that they r much more fitted, body hugging to be exact. A sari blouse would be measured pretty mch the same way as you would take a bra measurement and fit as snuggly too. Loose blouses look awful and untidy so if the blouses u got don't fit you properly just get them altered and if they are solid coloured blouses just go with new ones.
