I think there are shops near chandni chowk and one near old Naz cinema, at the end of electronic shops on your left side when going to Pindi Saddar. You can also check plazas near Rehmanabad Chowk like Rabi Center.

I found this website, http://tajmahalsaree.com but it is poorly maintained. Mohsin Saree house is the one near Chandni Chowk, Mohsin Saree House - Rawalpindi

Chandni chowk is the best place in Rawalpindi to purchase sarees for girls. You can get saree in cheap rates.
