i would be surprised if there werent. many of the “mujahideen” who crossed over across the LoC ended up in jails in india. Maulana Masood Azhar was chakki peesing in an indian jail for a good while before he was freed and banded together the shia-killers - Jaish-e-Mohammad..

pakistanis couldnt get mukhtaran mai justice despite her being pakistani, and have her jailed up in her home with police company 24/7. i have little hope for sarabjeet.

Queer! Do you know who trained mukti bahni ‘mujahideen’ and sent them into then Pakistani territory?
As far mukhtaran mai not getting justice, heres very small example of indian justice system.
