if you want to take that tack, why do you ignore the fact that Palin was an elected governor, a vice presidential candidate and (as you say, whether you like it or not) leader of a not too trivial bunch of conservatives and republicans in the USA which is not such an inconsequential country, especially for Pakistan?
and to complete the glitter, Musharraf is also a criminal according to Pakistan which is seeking extradition or at the least issued arrest warrants. Insubordinate general, dictator by coup, president by sham election and now a criminal on the run - this is the experience you are glorifying?
