So I made chinese noodles and chili chicken that night and used some of your guidance ![]()
Sorry, didn’t take pics but here are my recipes. Turned out really good.
Noodles:
Boiled spaghetti/hakka/whatever
Boneless chicken cut up iinto small pieces
Vinegar, soy sauce
Salt, black pepper
Cabbage shredded, carrots shredded, broccoli (optional), green peppers
Green onions
In a little oil, sautee the chicken with some vinegar until cooked. Add all the veggies except green onions and stir fry. Add soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Add noodles, mix well. Garnish with green onions.
Chili Chicken:
Boneless Chicken cut up in cubes
1 egg
Soy Sauce
Cornflour
Black Pepper, Salt
Green Chillies
1 red bell pepper
half red onions
1 tsp garlic paste
Sara, here I combined your recipe.
Marinate chicken pieces in soya sauce, black pepper, cornflour (1 heaped tbs) and egg for half hour.
In hot hoil, shallow fry chicken pieces till cooked, remove from oil. In same oil, add a tsp of garlic paste and 1 jalepeno pepper sliced or green chillies, stur fry for a minute and add 1 cup of water. When it starts to boil, add chicken pieces. When boiling, add red pepper and onion cut into squares and slowly pour cornflour that has been dissolved in half cup water. When thickened, turn off and garnish with green onions.
