Found this online at Khabrain Newspaper. The interview was posted a week back in their Sunday Magazine. Don’t know if its true as it states that she decided to leave as acting is not permitted in our religion… Yet another gossip i guess.. or may be not.

They said the same thing about singer Ali Haider ("music is haraam") a few years back but he denied this in a recent interview. I think such newspapers just lie for shock value.
maybe she has quit, but i doubt its because of religious reasons.

Ek minute I have seen “tere pyar main” twice…i didnot see sara in it. kab aur kahan ati hai? 
as for the news…well its her personal decision if this is the way how she wants it to be then fair enought but i will miss her she is pretty and was a good actress too, not bad.

Blessed as far as I know she was in that horrible soap on GEO Plus called ‘Tere Pehlu Main’…
Im just going to be blunt and say that Sara Ch. had a rubbish career.
There was so much hype initially but her decisions killed it. Ditching help of Khawar Riaz, starring in what felt like a decade-long soap, choosing stereotype roles and her fluctuating weight were key reasons.
Apart from ‘Dil Diya Dehleez’ and ‘Tum Kahan Hum Kahan’, everything else was a joke.

oh i know about tere pehloo main very well...the hideous drama...but in that article above it says "sara was spotted in a brief role when tere pyar main was released" thats why i am confused as to where she was in the film.
ps. tere pyar main (not to be confused with drama tere pehloo main) is a pakistani film that starred zara sheikh, veena malik and shaan.

her looks expired OR she got pregnant by someone considering the showbiz world she belonged to.

this seems to be a trend, girls in showbiz usually leave when they get married, move abroad or get pregnant and then make a comeback later. everyone said the same about sarwat gillani, well she was on hum's morning show yesterday and apparently she is making a comeback, go figure. as far as sara using religion as a reason to leave, well religion is very personal, to each their own but making a statement like that seems a bit weird for someone who has been acting for years and now that she is married, she suddenly thinks its haram. very convenient.

i have her on my fb and snhe has been looking towards islam for some time wen ppl asked her why dont u leave showbiz she saidi hv contracts once they r finished i will do so, and she also said i havent signed any contracts, now she doesnt talk about her showbiz career instead she talks about islam
