I used prestige catering services in southall, west london. I steered clear of greenleaf and sapna - they’re too over-used, and over-hyped!

The good thing, however, is that they are better established than prestige and can get you good trade discounts. I know Greenleaf get a good deal with The Renaissance Hotel Heathrow, almost half of!

Greenleaf charge £23 per head, Sapna £25, and prestige £21 (price at July 2010) . One downfall of prestige is that they are up and coming so they haven’t had the time to build up relationships/contracts with hotels etc but food is yummy! xxx

To be honest all these caterers charge a bomb and Sapna are definitely the most expensive.

What bumps the price even more is the VAT on top.

I think the best thing to do is visit them in person.
