SANU COUTURE - seller has disappered!! What should I do?

I ordered a load of stuff from Anam at Sanu Couture and apparently my parcel has gotten lost after arriving in the UK.. I was told that it would be located weeks ago but after trying to chase it up Anam has now disappeared.. I paid thru Western Union.. What should I do? :frowning:

Did she give u a tracking number? without a tracking number I guess u cant do much. Where is she based and do u have a link to her fb?

I think something must be wrong because I honestly don't think she is a fly by night.I was going to buy some fabrics from her once and she did seem genuine..hope I'm not mistaken.

I ordered from her a couple of months ago for my mother, for the first time, and she was very good, She made so much effort in getting me pictures and her stitching
was excellent. she put effort in all the clothes, in terms of getting laces and the little details. I was very impressed. However i've been e-nailing her for the past 3 weeks
and i've had no reply. I think something must be wrong. I e-mailed again yesterday. Still no reply..... So not sure. I thought she had loads of clients, surely someone
from here must have spoken to her......

^That’s weird..

I would never have thought she’d mess me around as she is quite well-known..

I have the tracking number but it’s just showing up as lost and no answer from her the last few weeks.. The last email I got from her was saying she was chasing it up.. It’s really annoying me that I don’t know what the hell is going on..

Judging by this,it does look as if it got lost within London,as it was being cleared for customs,so I don’t understand why the search is being initiated in Doha.At least you have a tracking record,and IA ,hopefully it will be found.So don’t give up just yet :slight_smile:

i was about to place an order with her as well and found her very honest - considering shes not responding to many besides you is probably indicative that something is wrong on her end. and the fact that she even gave you a tracking number shows shes genuine. you may want to cntact the courier company as a lost package has nothing to do with her but with the courier itself :)
