She keeps repeating the teeka may be because its said to be traditionally hyderabadi. All brides wear that kind of a teeka regardless of the ocassion… being from Hyderabad even I am slightly positively disposed for the traditional pearl teeka for any in gold because its a way better design. But there are hundreds of other designs within the same kind… there are ones with ruby drops and emerald drops replacing the pearls. She could’ve gone for that instead.
