i wanna kno how to make a nice hardy sandwich… like not stupid egg salad sandwiches or anything like tht. plz share ur recipes

How about a.....................Chicken tikka, Cheese and tomato, tuna & sweetcorn, keema & aloo , chargrilled chicken, egg & cress sandwich

i've been making these chcken breast sandwiches lately (kinds like chicken cheese steaks)....it tastes great and fills you up!
makes one sandwich: be sure to use use hogie rolls or steak rolls
-boil one chicken breast in water until fully cooked...shred breast by hand or thinly slice and sprinkle some salt and pepper or whatever seasoning you wish to use.
-while boiling chicken breast....slice lengthwise 1 bell pepper and half onion (or whatever amount you prefer to use) and sautee both in a pan with cooking spray. You can also add mushrooms if you like.....throw in some jalepeno peppers and banana peppers as well.
-once veggies are sauteed ....add your cooked/shredded chicken breast to the veggies.....add a couple slices of provolone cheese and melt on top.
-warm your bread preferably in an oven for 5 minz or toast until ur liking or in a microwave for 10 seconds.
-add some mayo and sliced tomatoes to the bread and add your chicken and veggie mixture.

i love keema plus lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers, plus herb flavored white cheese.
