sandwiches

Plz post your ideas for sandwiches (for school, work or a picknick).

Here is a very easy, but tasty one:

Tuna
Black olives
Onion
Mayo
Some yoghurt
Salad (iceberg)
Sambal Oelek
Salt and pepper to taste
Chaat masala to taste

And…bread of course

Chop the onion (finely), cut the olives and salad in little pieces. Mix the tuna with the mayo and yoghurt (use lot’s of mayo and some yoghurt, for the healthier version: use less mayo and more yoghurt). Then add the other ingredients and put the tuna salad on some bread.

Sambal oelek: hot chile pepper pastes used as table condiments in China and Southeast Asia

Boiled eggs, cut in small chunks, pasted together with mayo & a bit of salt & paper, between white bread slices with the corners cut out.

You can cut 'em in shape of a triangle ...

Get 2 slices of thick white bread

spread mayo on both

place chopped tomato on one slice

layer it with cucumber

layer it with lettuce

layer it with some boneless chicken

top it with ketchup

tastes yummy
