Please share very easy to make recipes for sandwiches. I have 2:

Egg sandwich:
Boil eggs (3-4)
Mash them
Add butter, salt, black pepper
Add chopped cucumber
Apply on bread & eat :slight_smile:

Chicken Spread sandwich:
Boil some chicken
Shred it
Add mayyonaise
Add salt & black pepper to it
Apply on bread

Tuna Sweetcorn Sandwich

Boil some sweetcorn. Drain some tuna. Add mayo to tuna. Add sweetcorn. Season with black pepper. Apply to bread.

Leftover Chicken Sandwich (lol!)

Shred pieces of chicken from leftover salan or chicken tikka. Add equal amounts mayo and plain youghurt. Add a little mix masala if needed. Add black pepper. Apply to bread.

Kitchen Cuisine Sandwich :D

boil chicken
shred it
add mayo
finely diced capsicum
finely diced carrot
some olives
some jalapeno :P
add black pepper
salt to taste

And for buns:

1/2 kg maida
1/2 teaspoon kolangi
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoon full of butter
1teaspoon salt
and 1tablespoon yeast
mix well then make dough
make small dinner roll size
keep it for 10 mins
sprinkle seasame seeds on it
brush with egg yolk and place in the oven
check after 10mins

Its soooooooo easy to make and very yummyyyy
and enjoyyyyyyyy!!!!
