Wran, she cant do anything.

I have sent her Adaware and spybot and deleted some files using hijack this.

it still didnt help.

so now, she has to go in safe mode, and run anti spyware from there. and in most cases, deleting TEMP folder contents helps a lot, as all those spyware crap is run from there.

Sandooo, run hijackthis again.. and remove these lines from it.. just the same way as yesterday..

search in there for these lines, click and delete

anything that looks suspicious can be deleted.
