I think it is a bit too much for this cam...what do you guys think?

hmm cameras are expensive and this one is all touch screen and what not. I can see why its $500.

yeaa...I guess...and if I remember correctly the only thing you can't do on this camera is call...
Re: Samsung Galaxy Camera for AT&T to be available November 16th for $500
Problem is that you need to buy a data plan to share the images, etc..., rather to use this camera to its fullest potential. I think my S3 camera is sufficient...maybe the zoom factor isn't (the Galaxy cam offers a 21x optical zoom which is pretty darn cool). But other than that, really, I think I wouldn't do a $500 for this. I rather get me a good DSLR for serious photography.
However, if I had extra money jumping in my wallet, I may consider getting this and a bunch of other stuff :D!

Agreed for a point and shoot thats expensive but I was looking at it in terms of all the added feature this one has on top of being a good point and shoot camera. Although, I wouldn't buy it and will make do with the S3.

I wouldn't buy it too..coz if I add just another 90 to 100 dollars I can get a Cannon Rebel..
