The ballot wasnt confusing. Its a case of being a cry baby. Had Gore been ahead, they wouldnt have brought up the issue. The Bush people would have done it instead. Its all about power. The same ballot is used in other states, and by thousands of others in Palm beach as well.
The ballot was NOT confusing at all - after all people in 63 of the 67 counties have not complained. Its just Jews and some others complaining in these 4 DEMOCRAT counties - the Democrats had no objection to the ballot paper before the election - in fact it was a Democrat that drew up the paper!
