Samosa Recipe

Ingredients

½ Kg minced beef
½ tsp. salt (to taste)
¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
¼ tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder
3-4 green chilies chopped
2 onion coarsely sliced
1 cup fresh coriander (Dhaniya) leaves

Instructions

Put the meat in a pot on medium-low heat and dry the water already present in it stirring constantly to prevent burning along with salt, pepper and haldi.
When water dries add green chili, onion and dhaniya and dry water on high heat and remove.
Take the ready-made samosa strips available in market and use this filling. Seal the edges of samosa using a mixture of some flour dissolved in a little water and cooked into a thick paste.

Chicken samosa's!

Sooo tasty! Just boil some chicken. Once boiled peel the meat off into little strips and season as you wish and then fill the samosa with them. They're just so nice with tomato chutney.(not ketchup but the blended tomato chutney) mmmmm <3

Re: SAMOSA'S

Keema samosas are the best. One year tho, I still had some wrappers left, so I boiled and seasoned a bunch of aloo, and mixed in some parmesan cheese. MMMMMMmmm those came out yummy!

Re: SAMOSA'S

thanks for all the recipies but still i like more guppies to help me out plz actually my hubby dont like keema ones so thats y as i do like them but after its the hubby you want to impress na :)

Re: SAMOSA'S

aloo with peas ( Indian style):Boil both separately, then mash the potato's, not the peas. mix everything. add the normal seasonings: salt, red mirchi, little hildi, zeera, cooriender, black peper, and anything else you want to add. And wrap.

I had gobi aloo somasa's at a party once and they were fantastic: You season both the gobi and aloo with typical seasonings and let them roast up in the oven until tender. Make sure the keep the pieces of gobi a little big because they shrink after roasting. After they're cooked, chop any big piece of gobi or aloo into bite size and wrap up. So yummy!!

chicken somosa's: I make bite size pieces of chicken and saute in the pan with soy, little salt, red chillies, and if you have bbq sauce at home sprinkle some in. But i always change up the recipe depending on the condiments in the my pantry.

Re: SAMOSA'S

can anyone give recipe for cheeze samosa

Re: SAMOSA'S

/\ Although there are many cheese samosa recipes on the net if you search enough...but I think...I will simply replace the content of the fillings of samosa (i.e. potatoes, keema or others) with some kind of cheese...now say cheese...lol

Re: SAMOSA'S

Oh cheese samosas. I don't like cream cheese, so I'd use a mix mashed potato with chaat masala and some grated cheeses and see how it works out.

Re: SAMOSA'S

I think it's better to use cottage cheese for samosas
