I’m Punjabi. But you’ve never seen the red chutney on top of gol guppay in Pak? It’s reddish and it’s sweet…not khatti like imli. Imli is one of the ingredients in chaats…but if the OP is saying that the sauce is sweet…then I’m guessing it’s aloo bukhara…cuz imli is sweet n sour.
