If this person went through surgery and was declared a different sex then he she was, and providing it was done due to medical conditions and not solely for costmatic reasons, then I don’t see any problems with it.
If it is being done due to the influence of Westeren culture or practices ,
then it is ‘Gunnah kabira’ and you don’t have to confirm it with Madwhoree either, just straight go to hell,

Homosexuality/Bisexuality and Transsexuality are completely different things, even some straight men are Transsexuals (hijra’s), this one is just a hijra but a woman-man as opposed to man-woman like it usually is, hijra’s both Transsexual and Hermaphrodite have existed in the Indian Subcontinent for centuries, way before the goray influenced us.
Gay couple is just wrong, I don’t think people should have same gender sex because it’s immoral and unhealthy but being attracted to same gender if they’re fit (bisexuality etc.) can’t always be helped and I don’t think people should hate someone coz of their feelings.
