Same old issue , proxy for youtube not working in pakistan

My uncle used cyber ghost, hot spot shield but both arent working on you tube .. Any other Proxy being used these days that works? he isnt very techy , so need something that works easily ..

Any recommendations pls?

If you click on the 'Settings' app and then choose 'WiFi' the current connection to your WiFi router will be indicated by a 'tick' character ✔

To the right of the line that indicates the current connection, there's a '>' right arrow symbol. Touch that and a new screen will open up. Towards the bottom of the screen, on the left hand side, you'll see a box where you can enter the details of the proxy server you want to use. Use the same proxy address as you're using for your PC.

Yes it might be that the Telecom company is blocking the proxies? but there are so many people who want to use Youtube for personal videos or for educational purposes , they cant let an idiotic decision by some nut head ruin their learning ..

Any one here you can tell how else to access you tube?

any one from Pakistan tried unblockyoutube.pk?
they have *.uk and few other versions.

You can get a cheap VPN connection. I use one in NY to get access to BBC and other stuff not accessible directly.
