From now on your S&P forum has been shifted from the ‘GS Services’ section to the ‘Arts and Culture’ section. By doing this we will try to approach the population that is more suited to the discussion we want to have here. This by no means means that the previous population isn’t welcome anymore…in contrast, we would like to expand it.
Furthermore, by having this forum here we have completed the hierarchy in Arts and Culture:
Starting of with different philosophies and technologies: these directly influence the culture of a race. This is reflected in their poetry. But most practically you will find it back in their lifestyles and health problems. finally, at the botton of the ladder is the humor which is another reflection of a philosophy.
what is the purpose of shifting?

i think its aptly placed this time. seriously what does science and philo have to do near travel and feedback.

dp: I agree with ghulail here that now it's better placed. ALthough in itself the change isn't much, but now we have a better continuum in Arts and Culture, that's all :D
