Salsa Music

Is anybody here a fan of salsa music? Tito Puente? Celia Cruz?

I took some Latin dancing classes with an ahem friend at the time. We learned Salsa Merengue and Samba. Lambada was taught in the advanced class  . Unfortunaltey the only LAtin music I have heard since the class ended is Shakira, but I always enjoy music with Steel drums and an occasional Tito Nieves

Wow Punjab da Sher, I am impressed. I really want to take salsa lessons with a partner. I need to find someone though who wants to take it though. sigh

You should get the Mambo Kings soundtrack. It has some really good tracks on it. :)

Hey Thanks :) I like to try new things. I really like this spanish song, I do not know what genre it falls under, but it is from the movie 'Empire' soundtrack, Te Invito A Mi Imperio by India. I will def. check out the Mambo Kings. Hope you can take a class, its alot of fun.

You should download Columbian Salsa tracks. :k:
