sara, thats painful! you should definitely cause a fuss in all of those situations! especially with manis and pedis and especially when you bleed because you could develop infections and whatnot from their carelessness. in all of those cases i know i would have been very vocal and refused to pay. just walk right out next time but not before letting them know how bad their service was.
The stupid cow was like, well i asked u but u were busy talking on the fone, and u just nodded... Uhhh OK! GAWD I wish I could be a total b*tch to ppl who deserve it! :(
