hey, do u know where roop saree is on hilcroft. next to it is one salon, dont go on the weekends or closing time boz they rush up and do everything on time limit. so its better to go during day time. also on hilcroft is ashe sale, which is very famous, but i havent been their. i think it might be little expenisve.

What part of town are you in i can recommend a few places…
hilcroft and 59 area there’s http://anisasalon.com/default.aspx she’s my friend’s mom, does a good job with haircuts, waxing and all but i do’t know about styling.
On hw6 and bellaire there are 3 decent places to go to roop, yasmin’s and iffie’s. Iffie aunty is really kind and we both used to go to the same colorist and one day she told me to let her dye and highlight my hair, well needless to say she did an awesome job and was at least $50 cheaper than the asian i used to go to. her number is 281-564-4333. She’s gentle with waxing and very professional. Also i have very long and heavy hair but she does it really well esp when it comes to back-combing styles and up-dos. pm me if you plan on going by bc i’ll give you my name to trop.
but Yasmin’s has certain days for great waxing deals and lets face it waxing can get expensive. it’s is on the other side of hw6. downside to yasmin’s is that a lot of women bring their kids and just sit and talk so instead of the stylist cutting hair and moving on to the next customer they sit around and b.s. and waste time. They are great at hair removal I have never done anything with my hair there.
roop screwed up my hair color and sometimes they just rush clients even when they have nothing going on it drives me nuts. I have high school friends that swear they do the best eyebrows but i don’t think so.

Priya’s salon does an amazing job with eyebrows, they don’t rush you and are great with waxing and sometimes offers specials and deals. there are now 2 locations. http://www.priyas.net/locs.html
my cousin on here has been going to priya’s for years, and i enjoyed my experience there. i also bought mendhi from them on eid and the color came out amazing. normally in houston everyone gets cone’s from aisha’s salons because theirs is known to be good quality but this gave me an even better result.
I don’t care for the aisha’s chain in general that’s my own taste and bc i’ve been cut by them threading wise a few times in the years.

She’s a bit pricey but well worth the money and is also an amazing colorist. Also she does offer laser hair removal. she did it to her daughter and trust me when i say this the results were amazing!!

I've recently been to 24 karat salon on west airport and hwy 6. Had one of he best threading experiences. I had full face done and it wasn't as painful as it normally is for me and left with no cuts! Try to go early on weekends and weekdays because there was quite a line on a thursday around 1-2.

I hate AIsha's salon. They messed up my SILs makeup on her shaadi day. Aisha did the makeup. And it was beautiful in person but in pictures, SIL looked like a bhoot. But I heard their skin polish is good.
I only get eyebrows done at salons so I can tell you about that.
I loveeee Priya's salon for eyebrows. If you go, visit the location near beechnut and ask for Sidhu. He is the best. I have very skinny eyebrows but he always makes them look great. He doesn't speak english well but he understands what you tell him.
The new location of Aisha's in Sugar Land is terrible. They didn't put any effort into my eyebrows. I had several extra hair left that I had to tweeze later. They are sweet talkers though so it was fun with them praising me about everything. lol. But I bought a groupon for them so I have to go back at least twice more. (it was 3 eyebrow threadings for 9$) Hence, I bought the deal and next time I go, I will make sure I check my eyebrows before getting out of the chair. i have a bad habit of checking them when I get in my car and by then it is too late to complain.
Image salon in Sugar Land is super pricey for eyebrows but they do a decent job.

But I cn check Aisha for face polish.... I went once face logic for facial.. But just dint like it......thr facial made my skin dull n bad....

if you want to get face polish done i d say images is really good at voss and hwy 6 right next to afghan cuisine and they are really good at facials also... :)
