There are strong rumours in that industry that Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai have got married secretly. While there is no confirmation from either side, our sources state that it was a nikkah ceremony solemnized by a Kazi from Mumbai. The marriage took place in a bungalow at Lonavala and was attended by some very close friends of the couple. Aishwarya converted to Islam.
Parents of both, the bride and bridegroom, didn’t attend the wedding. The couple is said to have gone to New York for their honeymoon and has returned recently to Mumbai. They were spotted together as they returned and as usual were mobbed for autographs. It is well known that Aishwarya’s parents were always averse to the idea of their daughter marrying Salman Khan.
