OH God ppl.. this is NOT an old news..this happened this morning... he was CONVICTED a few weeks ago...now he's CHARGED!!!!.. there's a difference... before he was out on bail..now he's in the JAIL!!!!

this is not an old news
The verdict for 5 years jail for him was reported in 10th April's news
He had been sentenced earlier too (for a year in jail) but he appealed against it and was not sent to jail, but now he has been arrested and sent to jail.

Anyways, it's good that finally this clown has been sent to jail. Nothing but a unsophisticated show-off!!!

Secularism doesn't mean that a scoundrel can go around killing an animal that is being worshipped by the people of that area.
Salman Khan killed this animal in a place where it was worshipped by the residents of that area. I think it's good that he has been sentenced to jail - shows the power of law.
Secularism means that every person is free to pracitce his/her own religion without any hinderance and mocking.
In this regard, Islam is more secular than any society - but that's altogether a different topic to debate on.

It is is quite backward of a society to jail someone for 5 years for killing an Animal... there are places in the world where people don't get jailed for killing a human being for that long let alone an animal.India is not as secular as they claim to be,the law which allows someone to be jailed for 5 years for killing an Animal can not be secular it is very Hindu and backward in its nature.

I think they're just using him as a scapegoat.. and also cuz the judge might be pissed cuz he got out of killing a person a couple of yrs ago...so he just took it out this way...

It's India...he'll pay his way out of this one too....

So I guess ..his tour is cancelled!.... who bought tix????
