seems like he actually knows that they evidence is irrefutable and he will loose miserably…or he is trying a political ploy to put pressure on ICC to appoint a new member to the tribunal…

Only option for Pakistan cricket now is to move forward, structure its cricket, clean it out of this corruption. Which also seems unlikely given the conditions in the board, and in pakistani society.
