Director Marc Webb may have found his Aunt May and Uncle Ben for the reboot of Columbia’s ‘Spider-Man’](The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) - Movie | Moviefone) franchise. According to The Hollywood Reporter’s HeatVisionblog, Sally Field is in early talks to play Peter Parker’s aunt, while Martin Sheen is in final negotiations to play Uncle Ben.
The film, which begins shooting in December, has Andrew Garfield as Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone as love interest Gwen Stacy and Rhys Ifans as the movie’s unnamed villain.
