Today @muqawwee123 has birthday. In our culture, we only celebrate brithday of little kids and teenagers. A cake, candles, balloons, decorative item are must in celebration. I remembered, we had party caps too and on cutting cake we blasted balloons.

I never celebrated with balloons, caps.. Even my parents don’t remember the day until someone tell them. Its because, we don’t have this tradition of celebrating birthdays on this scale. Its just limited to wishing by siblings and cousins who remember and then some good food is prepared at home.
I usually get clothes, books, perfume as birthday gifts. Recently, I get sohan halwa every birthday from @Asif971
upto him if he chose to be. I want to see my children accomplishing what I dreamt but couldn’t accomplish due to certain reasons. May be I want to see my son a good doctor, who is ready to serve poor rural areas of Pakistan.

I used to think people who didn't celebrate were weird when I was a kid but now birthdays only remind me of death and how I've done zilch in this life that'd worth remembering.
