Re: Salgira Mubarak
This is what we call life dush , always carry a card in its sleeves and these things happen so one shouldn’t be thinking that it only happened with him /her . Life is all about cashing your chips ( experiences ) .
Or who knows
Kuch tu majbooriyaan rahee,en hoogin
Kohi Yun baywafa nahe hootaa
I don’t remember the exact verse but it some how goes like I said .
Re: Salgira Mubarak
Aliyish, i won't comment on the assumption that excuses can be called mejboori.
this is life.. it is besought with learnt helplessness this sentence to justify what cannot be or is not owned up by the doer.
& to allude to life's experiences as gamble rounds is not right to me.
it is unethical to be playing life or playing with people's lives or goodness of spirit as that, because then there is no true regard for anyone in life and that is not the kind of quality which relationships which we build in this world and life, ought to be treated.
rest Allah knows.

Re: Salgira Mubarak
It does , it does mate , time heals every thing , I guess the person suffering needs some couple of good sessions , but can he/she afford me fee?
Re: Salgira Mubarak
sufferng is not an apt description for this.
after seeing all the honesty that he could possibly imagine, if he still deserts it, then he is in the wrong and he wronged so he must put up with what he did.
truth is this: men cannot take strong, self aware and honest women. that honesty is scary to men. their brought up and insinuations hamper them.
they believe in inquality of an in equality.
they cannot see and believe honesty period!
as for the one who is quietly making the best preserve of this jam, if anything it makes one realize that Allah swt is the protector.
the session for the man is to reflect on his own behavior as honestly as he should for his own good. hm?

There must have been hurdles -
He must have been his mom's son
She must not have liked you -
Even though he loved you
And perhaps still loves you
He cannot marry you.
Would you be happy
With a grown up one
Who still is his mom's son?

ravi kopra:
*I feel pitty for you. It seems you are a very rejected person in life and you have come to a point in life where every emotion you face, it translates for you in bitterness of Love - You have a very negative MIND (wow, I am surprised I am using that word for you) about Love. Perhaps, you are made of hate. *
Grow up and go see a psychiatrist or psychologist ASAP. Pretty Please!
Re: Salgira Mubarak
Dushwari, I am sorry if the comment space of your poem is taking a turn into some field for people to vent out thier disgust and hatred because of my posting.
I tried to translate the verse posted by 'mirage' and remebered you had earlier written somethig about the parents of the gentleman the speaker liked in your poetry, and added something to that effect. I was surprised to see the reaction of some people here. I would like to apologise if my posting somehow affected you adversely.
