Okay guppies, have a quick survey. Can you please tell me when you graduated from University, what was the salary that you were offered??? Obviously it depends on major and the position. But, I just want a general idea of what a prospective employer offers fresh out of college potential employees?

Go to salary.com; you will find salary information for different fields segregated by the area you are working in. (I.E. different places in the country may pay more due to higher cost of living, etc.)

First Salary was 4000 Sika Rijul Waqt… for Two months in Probation and then 8000… after two months… (For wat I am)

27000 Austrian Schilling per month (at that time the Euro had not come into existance yet). Today that would be equal to € 1962.--, which is around US$ 2100.--.
