Salary question

Assalam Aleekum
Whats the salary range for MBA from umreeka in Pak.
yeah, its a vague question.

take care

walekumsalam

rehman1 it depends on a couple things like

  • length and nature of prior work experience

  • job/company in pak u r applying to

  • school in usa u did ur mba from

  • prior education

etc

(the list above was in a random order btw)

ok lets say koi fresh graduate hay jis ne america se graduate kia hae mba k saath...max aik ssaal ka work experience hae...

us ki salary kamzkam i think minimum late thirties mein honi chahiae aur agar job experience acha hae toh 70, 80 thousand ya aik laakh tak bhee ja sakti hae agar jo baki factors mein ne mention kyay thay woh mazboot haen...

and i thought late thirties was something abt age. i am very touchy abt age.
khair, so range is 35-40. achaaa.
thanks for the info.

i wud think it all depends where u r coming from. pakistani ppl only wanna hear abt the Ivies. otherwise, yr degree will have little value. if you have done it from some obscure univ they havent heard about, or you cant prove is one of the top univs, be prepared to get one in late 20s.
if you have done it from wharton or yale, then expect one in early forties. the 70/80 thousand sounds a bit much tho too me, unless its terribly "relevant" work experience to the firm.
incidently the best local univ grads also start from late 30s on "average", so we can say that a Yale grad will 'at least' start from 40.
