In Dubai, the Benefit that is common is being given airline tickets for self and family to the country of origin. I think this is just plain awesome and I enjoyed it alot whilst I was working there .
In the UK , Employer contribution in the Pension scheme and childcare vouchers is a good one. But I say the winning benefit is when they allow for you to exchange unused holidays for money or they let you carry forward your extra unused holidays to the next year

I think benefits are not country specific. It depends on your industry, company and position.

Eastern, I think they are coz I have worked in Dubai and UK in three different industries and on various levels of management and there was a huge difference in the benefit and incentive schemes across the board.
For example, in Dubai, you have the benefit of taking your holidays all in one go. So you can go on a holiday for a good month or so. In the UK you cant even think about doing that. It cant be more then two to three weeks at a time. Three weeks is a stretch , two weeks is considered the ultimate here . so basically we get used to taking two breaks in a year.
