Anwaar Bhai, I have friends who started working in small companies and ones who joined big corporations; it is a different experience and as long as a person is willing to learn, it really doesn’t matter. People who start their career in small companies get to know the big picture of what their company does, how a business is run and what is required & have far more opportunity to show their true skills in different fields and at times in positions totally unrelated to their job description. The down side is that usually smaller companies cannot afford to give the kind of benefits in medical, retirement & career enhancement like the big jiants. And while people who start in big companies have all that what they don’t have (sometimes) is the big picture and how they fit into it. At times it is far harder to get ahead with the huge amount of bureaucracy involved in bigger corporations.
