Salary for entry-level Engineers

AOA everyone,

I was wondering how much the starting salary for an entry level position in Electrical Engineering is. Let’s suppose following parameters are given:

Position: Entry level (0-2yrs experience) Let’s say the job title is Test Engineer or Applications Engineer.
Degree: Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley)

I hope someone can help. I have tried salary.com but I think the information is not up-to-date considering the slow economy.
