app log jab pyaz brown kartae hain…tu pyaz aur tematar ko blender mein pees lai tai hain…ya phir pyaz brown kar kae kai tomatoes daal dai tai hain aur meat/masala etc..

mein nai blender mein pees lya tha onion & tomatoes..tu salan thick bana tha…pani dala tha…taste itna khas nahi tha..

app log bataein app kya kartai hain. thx.

hmmm..mein nai pheley pyaz aur tematar ko blend nahi kya tha tu salan acha bana tha...kuch log khatae hain...salan mein pyaz aur tematar nazar nahi aye..

Same, chop them up very finely if you don't want them visible in your salan at all. Otherwise BEFORE bhooning onions and tomatoes, grind them in the chopper but don't make a paste. Then fry that and add your masalas, meat.
