I used to work with this guy , His wife was back home , every morning he would come he would be smelling like salan. I was team lead so I was told by people to ask him to use some cologne before coming to work. I knew what was the problem. Every morning he would cook food for lunch before coming to work and that too when he was all ready for work. So I asked him to cook food first. Take a Shower , change and put some deodorant and cologne and then come to work. He was a smart chap but being from a pind he did not know better, so he followed my advice and from next day on the complaining stopped.
Do you still work as a project manager / team leader ?
