chast! I was able to find the information according to a source I found it is any time between the end of fajr namaz and preceding of zuhr namaz?

Both Chasht/Duhaa and Ishraq are after Fajar and sunrise.

Ishraq is perhaps prayes earlier (about 20 min after sunrise) ( Sunrise prayer)

And

Chasht/Duhaa is much after when sun heat is high or expected to be high. Some say 1/4th of the day.

Chasth prayer can be offered when sun heat is high, at that time a person can offer minimum 2 rakaat maximum 4, 8 or 12. This prayer is helpful to remove poverty.

Its narrated in Hadith if a person offered 2 rakaat of Chasth prayers then he/she will not counted as forgetful. Who offered 4 rakaat will counted as worshipper. Who offered 6 rakaat will be away from scrim for whole day. Who offered 8 rakaat he/she will be counted as pious and who offered 12 rakaat, a home is made for him/her in heaven.
