SALAAMS few questions...

can someone please tell me the types of kufr and shirk
and which types can take one outside the fold of islam

**also can someone tell me… whether or not one who says the kalimah can leave the fold of islam **

what are the pillars of tawheed… and do u undrsstand from them?

what about one who does not rule by shariah.. is he muslim or kaafir (for hint.. read my signiture)

and what has allaah swt said about those who ally wid the kuffaars? what are they?

if someone said the kalimah but same time worship and pray to dead bodies at their graves (i.e. do shirk) BUT they say the kalimah.. are they muslim?

if someone goes to help to someone other than allaah… BUT they say the kalimah… are they muslim?

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

(1) the one who is asking the question knows better than me.
(2)sorry,did'nt get that.
(3)please explain.
(4)are you talking about a Ruler........that means all the rulers of islamic countries including saudis are Kaffir?
(5)well who is the best friend of saudi?
(6)no,they're not.But before labelling brelvis kafir ask a brelvi this question?he can answer better than me.
(7)whats that mean

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

yes brother, all saudi leaders and all so called muslim land rulers.. are murthad (apostates) because they do not rule by shariah... allahsays in the quran surah maida 44 that those who do not rule by shariah laws are kaffir, this is major kufr...(not ruling by the laws of shariah)

major kufr and major shirk takes one outside the fold of islam

i didnt call brewli's apostates.. but if they grave worship then this is wrong because this is shirk... and they should fear Allah and stop this because allaah says in the quran that he will forgive every sin except major shirk, idol worshipping, grave worshipping and seeking help from the dead is major shirk, would u call a person who says the kalimah and then bows down and prays to shiva and asks shiva for help a muslim?.. because he said the kalimah... u judge kufr by the apparent... so this person will be a kaafir because he is doing sujood to shiva and idol worshipping same goes for the grave worshippers

saudi gov and all the other so called muslim governments are kaffir governments because a.) they dont rule and impliment the laws of shariah
and b.) they are allies of the USA (kaafirs)

allaah says inthe quran that those who ally with the disbelievers against the believers are disbelievers

also allaah says inthe quran that those who do not judge and rule and impliment shariah laws or change them are also disbelievers

when allah makes takfeer on these people and calls them kaafirs then we MUST do so too, its a must, if u reject this then u reject an ayaah from the quran and in the quran there is a verse that no one rejects a verse in the quran except a kaafir

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

Assalam O Aalaikom brother,

How are you? First of all, just because Saudi Arabians are allies with Americans then will you call them Kuffirs? Pakistan is also an ally of American. They probably have to and they do not have choice. So what if a country has good relationships with other countries. Second of all, it is Saudi Arabia's government and it doesn't have to do anything with the people. It is the country's relationships and not Religion's relationships. Finally, we are talking about Aqeedah here, not who is allying with who. Think about Saudi Arab's belief, is it same as 1400 years ago?

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

Just curious, did Prophet PBUH not form alliance with "non-Muslims" in wars? did Caliphs not form alliances? The questions are not meant to approve some alliances in current world.

Are the "public" in so called Muslim countries "Muslim" enough so as to just call the rulers as kafir but public is all Muslim? Are we ourselves following Islam enough and able to call the shot (judge others)?

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

you tell me.. did the prophet SAW ever form alliances with the kuffaars against the believers? like the saudi's have and also like pakistan has done and is doing now in the war against muslims and islam

tell me what you understand from this verse
“O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyaa' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliyaa' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyaa', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zaalimoun (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust).” (EMQ al-Maa-idah, 5: 51)

In the Tafseer of Imaam al-Qurtubie it is narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas said: "Fa innahu minhum (surely he is one of them), means that he takes the same hukm as them", i.e. that his wealth is not halaal for him and he is a man of Hellfire. Furthermore, Allah (swt) says:

“Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allah has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allah has made to go astray? And he whom Allah has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance).

They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliyaa' (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allah (to Muhammad SAW). But if they turn back (from Islaam), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliyaa' (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them.” (EMQ an-Nisaa’, 4: 88-89)

*These verses were revealed at a time when certain Muslims did not want to participate in Jihaad during the Battle of Uhud and made their way back to Madeenah. Allah (swt) called them kaafir for their alliance with the kuffaar and revealed that they should be killed wherever they are seen.

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

^ read my 2nd sentence... don't forget to read other sentences too :)

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

I call em hyper salafis ;)

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

Is Umm Hafsah banned? Because I had a few questions to pose to her, but if she is banned, then there is no real point.

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

....

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

Yes banned.

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

Thank you for replying cricketplaya. Why was she banned?

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

If you read all her threads especially this one, where she supposedly wants to ask some questions.. she just wanted to catch some attention rather than asking some questions. The way she replied says it all. :) + she is a salafi.

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

Yeah, I wanted to enquire about why she asked these questions, then asnwered them herself. Lol.

Oh well. Anyways, nothing wrong with "Salafi's" as long as they have good manners and correct 'Aqidah. There are a lot of claimants to Salafiyyah today. Hmmm. Anyways, that is all I wanted to know. Thanks.

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

True, nothing wrong with them except they are salafis..

But then they go and deny the fact that this movement just came around 100 years ago.. whilst the madhabs were here for way longer period of time than that.

Re: SALAAMS few questions...

Well, I know many who call themselves Salafis, but they also adhere to one of the well-known math-hahib. For example, even Sheikh Muhammad ibn Salih al-'Uthaymin was a Hanbali.
