Remember you were asking about the poetry of the month?
What happened? Did you decided something?
Well, here I wanted to say something.
1- What you can do is this, Give a topic like, " KhizaN" for an example, and let people write a poem or ghazal of there own! Why? Because you know the poet like “GHALIB” “AMJAD” “FAIZ” or “PARVEEN” can WIN a poem or ghazal each week or each day you can say… let the new poet come! You know what I mean? Open a threat or let them e-mail you or PM(which’s hard) you. So then you can choose one …
2- let’s see all or whomever wishes, can post one poem or ghazal in one threat, stared by you… you can choose from there.
3-OR you can choose THREE poems or ghazals each month & ask gupies to vote in next 3 days. Whichever poem or ghazal have more votes, of course that would be the best piece of the moth! Am I making any sense? 
You see new poet like,WiseGuy (YOU) or DillSay, or Amal, or or CuteAmir(Mehruban LaRkio) …ect { you know the people who write there own poetry} I know there r more… But I forgot the names at this point… you know like they write their OWN poetry …maybe not often but once in a while, give them a chance as well. Poetry is not just poetry you see. It’s like a seashell, when you hold it you your ear, poetry resonates with the beating of your heart…
You know as they say, “there are many ways to say I love you or to I care about you, or say I miss you…ect..” One way’s I think through poetry, many people choose this way… (right?) So it’s not just choosing the poem of the month it’s like choosing the emotions of someone… (oh I think I better stop, going too far 
)
