Does anyone have a personally used/tested/mastered recipe for Sajji? Be it Quetta style or ruler area style, plz share.

Lamb or Goat leg + Salt rubbed + skewer and nailed vertical in the ground
Cooked next to burning wood for about 6 - 8 hours .
No other spice .. thats the genuine recipe
