I posted my thread yesterday but cuz of some errors my text vanished 
… so here it goes again 
Like some of you know i often order from facebook vendors, and i never said a bad word about any of them/ left a negative review.. but this has just made my hormones twirl and dazzle like crazy, so i had to warn all of you 
Sajjad’s Chiffon is an online Facebook Vendor, from whom i ordered a couple of times…
the first time i orderd 5 suits and asked specifically for 1 suit of the linen versions (that was sold out at that moment), Sajjad guaranteed me that he would be getting the suit the next day and i should pay him immediatly… as i did.
Next day he told me the suit wouldn’t be comming and he would send another linen suit from the same price range … i didn’t make such a whuz of that back than so let him send me the suits i ordered.
now i wanted to order some lawn suits and decided to ask him, if he would have the suits i wanted (i wanted to order 20 suits but in steps of 10)
Sajjad said to me that i could get the suits the very next morning, if i did the payment immediatly (it was lik 19.00 europe time). I told him i would do the payment on saturday through an uncle who runs a shop but does money transfers for relatives. Things said, done, discussed and fixed i rushed the second day to make the payment and told Sajjad that he would get the money on monday or tuesday, cuz the banks were closed in pk on saturday at that time. Sajjad started with statements like, this is weird, money transfers are done in 5 min’s blablabla i explained him 3/4 times but he still didn’t believed/got it. He asked the contact details of the contact person in PK and called him, the contact person explained him the same thing and Sajjad understood it finally.
Sunday morning Sajjad texted me that he couldn’t hold the dresses longer and he would release the dresses, i freaked out totally! I had sent my money already and he was releasing the suits wthell.. So i litterly begged him to hold them a day longer cuz the money was on the way.. he said he couldn’t. I asked him what the deal was.. i paid the last orders on time (paypal service) and now i got late cuz of the agent.. i asked him what would happen to my money (that was on his way) … Sajjad said “don’t worry itni thori rakam key liye main apna imaan nahi kharab karoo gha, aap ko aap ki rakam mil jaye ghi” or i could choose something else for the money.
I really don’t wanna act *****y or what so ever, but you all know what a designer lawn suit costs, and if i paid 10 suits at a time you can imagine what that would have costed me. Forget the money, i mean what kind of weird customer service is this? If i was a new customer i could have understand a bit more (no not true, even if i was a new customer i wouldn’t understand and it would be the bigest turn of ever!)..
Anyway after a long discussion he guarenteed me that even if he would release the dresses the next batch would come within 7 workdays and that my money wouldn’t be lost..
gonn shorten things up.. he released the first batch and told me and after 9 days of waiting that he wouldn’t get the batch again!?!? (okay imagine urself pregnant, a full work day and this news..exactly, i got annoyed ) .. he asked me to select 10 dresses of the new album and guarenteed me that i would receive those. I asked Sajjad tonssss of times if it was 100000% sure that i would get the dresses, and he said yes deffinatly)
guess what :)… 5 days later my uncle in PK got 6 dresses (he arranges the stitching for me), and from the 6 dresses 3 were the ones i DID NOT LIKED!!! Reallyyyy i mean common! The fact that i life outside pk doesnt mean you can do such kinda things to ur clients!!! I asked him what the deal was and Sajjad “was shocked” that i got 6 dresses and he would take a look in his booking details and would let me know..
HE DID NOT SPOKE ABOUT THE WRONG DRESSES! even when i pointed this out! He totally kept quiet and ignored. After checking his accounts he told me that the designer didn’t launched the complete album yet! Again a lame excuse, cuz other vendors did had the complete album, Sajjad just didn;t wanted to admit that he didn’t had the dresses complete.
The only good thing was, that he paid my money back of the remaining suits…
I know my story got a bit long, but seriously honns, Don’t ever ever ever do business with him! Chances are big that you get wrong dresses! Even worse, no dresses at all!!!
I really never ever had such kind of bad experience with vendors in my complete life! When we bought my SIL’s wedding dresses through FB vendors, i paid 50% in advance and 50% later when the dresses were made… Sirf yehi nahi, cuz of the fact that i work 5 days, i can only transfer money during weekends, but all the vendors i did business with had started the work a week before receiving money and even shipped the products before collecting the money!!
I mean if i make a business deal with my business clients at work, and the payments get delayed cuz of weekends, or bank shizzle, we as a company do give the customer the goods.. i can imagine that lawn suits r hot and running, but after havin received the 6 dresses i don’t believe he ever had the first order
