I think there should be a CAP on the no. of the threads one can open a day, this is becoming ridiculous that people are like opening new topics on every little issue, for example just on the the first page alone, we have 12 from EMM, 5 from sheen, 4 from ghazel....the list goes on.

This is cafe, there is no way to control the number of threads, and if u notice, all of them have replies in them, so dunno y u want to cap them, y dont you open a few too, enjoy the feeling :p
