Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Check the nick plz :p

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Oh, I'm sure anyone would want to drive a Bugati if they could afford one...

Anyways, everyone has different views about everything. I've been very vocal about women rights, but that's another thing and this is another.

Tell me, if I call for women to be treated equally, do I lose the right to call someone I find ugly, ugly? That's pretty messed up reasoning...

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

I don’t know this Saira Khan.. and don’t know what her work was in the past in media. I think what she is doing is great and nothing wrong with documenting the whole thing. I think it will only encourage people to adopt from Pakistan and understand the process. I don’t see why it should be hidden or umm something to be not too proud of. I think she should be proud of adopting a kid and encourage others to do it. Not sure what her intentions are by showing the documentry, but if its good, if she really wants to encourage and help people then why not :k:

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

I was just having some light hearted banter...

You are correct - diversity of views is what makes the world an interesting place.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

:k:

Ya lol, I don’t know why but that thing about the Chariot made me laugh really hard :stuck_out_tongue:

BTW, totally unrelated, but the Bugati is not 2 MPG. Its around 2 Km per liter…

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

^ so 5 mpg - not as bad as I thought!

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Have you lost your marbles? Expressing your opinion is fine and dandy as long as you're simply expressing.

Being rude and calling someone ugly does not make you cool or funny or smart. It makes you ignorant...shows people you are not worth communication.

People who have such little regard for someone else usually see others as they see themselves.

I think she did a great thing and if her article brings to attention the situation for the orphans in Pakistan, then so be it. I don't find it tacky, I find it smart. Rather than just complaining about it, she actually went out and adopted a girl right from Pakistan. Before calling her names, it would be a good idea to match her ability to walk the walk and talk the talk FIRST.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Pray tell me what I was doing other than expressing?

Being rude and calling someone ugly d*oes not make you cool or funny or smart. *
[/QUOTE]

Didn't say it did.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

You were insulting. There is a difference between the two…especially when you want to be taken seriously or just to be branded as a serial offender people should ignore.

So you knew your post was going to be considered rude and idiotic yet you still posted? :hmmm: Most people speak when they have something useful to say or to converse.

If you have nothing of value to add to the conversation, at least don’t add nonsense to it.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

WTH is with you people? I opened the thread, read the article, thought her ugly and said so. No conspiracies here.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

You created a thread, expressed your opinion on a girl you do not have an idea of. Not fair calling her ugly but apparently it should be cause its just an opinion, to which everyones entitled to. Yet, its supposed to be unfair/hellish if people start expressing their opinions on your opinions, single out them posts as pathetic or idiotic?

Call me ugly>okay.
Call you ugly>not okay.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Didn't.

U can call me ugly, I don't mind.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

expressing an opinion in a 'tameezdar' way and making sure it doesn't hurt someone is fine. What's the point of calling someone ugly because looks are something a person can't change. Rudeness and spite however if seen should be pointed out and be changed.

Now that was my opinion. No hard feelings :)

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Attractively Challenged?

Absolutely none :)

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Not nearly as ugly as the heart you speak from.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Mouth. :)

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Nope, it's your heart which is ugly.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Alright guys, I think IceSoul gets the point, let's focus on what the thread is about.

Re: Saira Khan from The Apprentice adopts a child from Pakistan

Ok.
