saira khans point maybe is to expose pakistans problems, and not ignoring it, and it was a eye opener for me, seeing the poor babies and the women refuge, but on the other hand it also showed the edhi foundation, providing welfare for all and that welfare should have been provided by the pakistani govt

Yes we have problems but they're for us Pakistanis to face and sort out not broadcast to the world.
This program was on BBC not PTV, Angrez hamaari madad karen ge? Woh ulta hamaare haal pe hansen ge.
Pakistan is not all doom and gloom, our country is also wonderful in many ways and the world needs to see that.
Our classmates/colleagues who saw that program will see us as Tramps and Beggars from a Hellhole.
She paani pher over all my taareefen and show-maarna about Pakistan, Angrez kahen ge "yeh hai tumhara Pakistan?".

First it was our religion which they portrayed negatively and now it's our country. Everything we are and stand for..

sanjeevs pogramme was on today and it was good.He reached paksitan and found the homeland.“Saira Khan-A pakistan adventure!”<well its harly an edventure especially at the things theyve shown.,like in the whole pogramme they didnt show one single thing that would make someone want to go to pakistan.I mean Karachi is such a good own they should have shown the positive side insted of showing the negative…eg the women in the darbar ..that was just wierd:halo:at the Edi just created the impression that in paksitan babies are left and wicked things are done to girls and women.

ive just seen sanjeev and sairas programmes. i enjoyed them both.
sairas obviously focusing on her feminist fears about pakistan, not to say the focus is totally unwarranted. shes intelligent and she knows what shes doing. overall i think she did a very good documentary, and got up close to wide range of people. the next part is on tonight (tuesday)

where's she from Pakistan? Which city of kashmir? i didnt quite catch it...i found it funny when all the guys were staring at her when she stopped for tea on her way to see the family in the last episode.
