okay so I am taking sainsburys natural greek style yogurt. I just realised it has not mentioned whether the yogurt is pasteurised or not? since I’m pregnant I have heard 1 should take pasteurized products..should I be taking it anymore?

it should say right on the ingredients list - raw or pasteurized milk. I JUST HATE IT!!!
