Once he was right 'T' of N$. He cooked many cases against Zardari on the behest of his boss while working as ehtesab chief. He ran away from country with the looted money and installed a factory of prefabricated concrete structures Doha Qatar. I doubt N$ will arrest his own right 'T'.
