he isn’t really set “free” what has happened here is that judge didn’t find strong reasons to keep him detained under terrorism charges and hence has set him free while prosecutors will now focus on charging him with carrying explosives or whatever. His ordeal isn’t over just yet but the govt would have really hard time trying to substantiate explosive charges against him and it would depend on what they found during the search of his apartment.
