What did Nawaz Sharif do for development in Sindh?

He built Motor way in Punjab (his vote bank), but he stopped funding for development programs in rural Sindh. PPP did allocated some funds for National Highway from Karachi to Larkana and they did made it from Karachi to Sehwan in their tenures, but neither Nawaz Sharif nor Musharraf continued this project in their tenures. PPP now again started work on National High way project from Sehwan to Larkana. This is how they exploit their Sindh card not because they are the savior of ppl of Sindh, but ppl of Sindh have neglect by other parties in their minds.

Are they actually building something or is it going into the pockets of ‘leaders’? I do remember the motorway was expanded outside punjab in musharraf era and the hyderabad to karachi highway was widened as I think it was made part of the motorway.
