Didn't they claim gawadar and Pakistan's missile program, though they claim to be anti-establishment when establishment runs those military programs? ;)

What did Nawaz Sharif do for development in Sindh?
He built Motor way in Punjab (his vote bank), but he stopped funding for development programs in rural Sindh. PPP did allocated some funds for National Highway from Karachi to Larkana and they did made it from Karachi to Sehwan in their tenures, but neither Nawaz Sharif nor Musharraf continued this project in their tenures. PPP now again started work on National High way project from Sehwan to Larkana. This is how they exploit their Sindh card not because they are the savior of ppl of Sindh, but ppl of Sindh have neglect by other parties in their minds.

But the problem is that nawaz sharif was a punjabi, if he didn't do anything the question is what did peoples party do for Sindhis (considering that the leadership of that party has been Sindhi). Even the weakest of weakest rulers have done something for their own areas, what are the achievements of people's party so far?

I agree with you, the total distance between Karachi and Larkana is only 450 kms, and to take three governments to complete that is a sham. As far as NS is concerned during his tenure some work was done in Punjab (mostly in Lahore alone). As far as stopping the funds for the NHA project is concerned that would have been due to the tussles between the two parties during the 1990's, what ever project NS would start Peoples party would roll that, and what ever PPP started NS would roll that. Anyways, if he had worked there during his heavy mandate period the situation for PMLN in Sindh wouldnt have been the same as to how it is at present.

Are they actually building something or is it going into the pockets of 'leaders'? I do remember the motorway was expanded outside punjab in musharraf era and the hyderabad to karachi highway was widened as I think it was made part of the motorway.

I’m not supporting PPP, as they were bound to do more after chanting big slogans, but fact remain the same and people of Sindh know that they were neglected by other parties.

Sannan jani, I don’t have anything against any province, any ethnicity and any language. I own all the ethnicities, all the languages and all people of Pakistan. My point was general perception people of Sindh have for parties other than PPP. My personal view on the matter is no party had done due work for the betterment of common men, things are done just for the sake of vote Bank and not for the betterment of society as a general.
